Like it or not you will get vacancies in your shopping center. As a shopping center or leasing manager in the property, it is essential that you minimize the impact of any vacancy and the frequency of vacancies within the property.
We are looking for a talented CAD / Mechanical Design Engineer to design structural components, airframes, brackets, and mechanical assemblies for our SwitchBlade-class UAV platform. You will work closely with the founders and engineering team to convert concepts into manufacturable, flight-ready components using rapid prototyping and iterative design.
Create 3D models of airframes, fins, wings, and mechanical parts
Produce manufacturing drawings and engineering documentation
Work with 3D printing, composites, and lightweight materials
Optimize weight, strength, and fitment for UAV systems
Conduct tolerance analysis and basic FEA (optional)
Support prototype builds and design revisions
Coordinate with avionics, propulsion, and testing teams
Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / CATIA)
Experience in mechanical design or aerospace student projects
Understanding of aerostructures, mechanical assemblies, or robotics
Knowledge of 3D printing, composites, or machining is a plus
Passion for drones, UAVs, or defense-tech preferred
Basic FEA / simulation skills
Experience with small UAV or RC aircraft design
Exposure to DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly)
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a top university, CFA or equivalent credentials are a plus.
Experience articulating complex systematic investment strategies in a straightforward, comprehensible manner.
Verifying compliance of critical networking equipment with policies and requirements.
Experience working with sophisticated institutional investors and managing day to day relationships.
Providing requirements and guidance for internal network separation/segmentation and access control;
